Private lessons are available with the instructors at the Asta Yoga studio or in the privacy of your own home in San Francisco. Private instuction is important for immediate development, espeically when starting this practice. Learn the basics of breath, alignment, and technique tailored to your specific practice and needs. However, private lessons are not limited to those just getting started, seasoned practitioners can always benefit from personal attention.
Rates at the Asta Yoga Studio:
- $75 for a 1.5 hour lesson
- $95 for two persons (1.5 hour lesson)
Rates onsite at your own home (mats, props, and other supplies provided):
- $90 for a 1.5 hour lesson
- $120 for two persons (1.5 hour lesson)
